Its been a while since I’ve posted. I got engaged, have been traveling, working, wedding planning, AND something so crazy fun is in the works!! Much of my time has been spent pouring into this new project launching so soon! It’s going to be so rewarding once it’s out on the market. Oops! Did I say market? YES. We are collaborating with some amazing artists (cough couch Puddleduck Paper Co;) to bring you insanely beautiful, inspiring products. I’m scyched to say the least!! Seriously though, stay tuned. It’s coming really soon so you don’t want to miss the initial launch (PRE-SALE!!) and giveaways! Enter your email in the subscribe bar if you want to be notified when this goodness is hot off the press.

Meanwhile, here’s an easy and fun DIY for adding a little tasteful twist to simple locks worn down or an up-do on the go!

1. Find your favorite fabric. It can be one kind, or get creative with two different colors!

2. Cut two long strips about 3 – 5 inches wide (this depends on how thick you want the headband).

3. Fold the edges in so they overlap just about 1/5 inch. If you know your way around a needle and thread.. have at it. I’m Miss. hot glue everything.

4. Cross your pieces and tie in the back once fitted to your head. Make sure that your seam is on the underside of the headband.

Simple and chic :)

Happy weekend y’all!
